Order Fulfillment Associate
Digicare Biomedical Technology, Inc. is a thriving and dynamic South Florida manufacturer of Patient Monitoring Systems. We have been designing and manufacturing sophisticated technology medical systems for more than 21 years in Palm Beach County. Our proprietary products are for clinical health care markets in cardiology, intensive care, anesthesia monitoring, pediatrics, neonatology, emergency, veterinary and lab animal research. The Company's product lines focus on several different models for each individual patient monitoring market. We continue to bring innovation to this market segment by introducing our innovative products. Digicare has a global presence and products are used worldwide.
Digicare Biomedical Technology, INC is now accepting resumes/applications to add an outgoing, enthusiastic, team player, and passionate Order Fulfillment Associate for our products.
What we need:
We are in need of a diligent, hardworking and organized individual who would help us improve our material and finish good warehouse. Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision. We have quarterly team outings; holiday get together and more!
NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!!!
Duties and Responsibilities are as follows.
- Print out SALES ORDER for Accessories and OEM’s daily
- Pick-out the required number of materials on the SALES ORDER from the warehouse; confirming the materials matches the item number and description on the sales order
- Inspect and confirm materials and/or packaging are in good quality
- Properly package all picked materials, process the shipping labels, packing slip and other required paperwork
- Properly attach packet on the package
- Observe line clearance to prevent errors such as wrong labels for the package
- Process shipping labels and packing slip of medical devices for shipping
- Process shipping labels and packing slip for all other shipment when need arises such as PCBA kits
- Test OEM’s when required
- Arrange incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Report materials that are below minimum and above maximum of the control quantity in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Actively implement MRP system
- Monitor and process backorders as soon as materials are received
- Prepare Production kits, Accessory kits and PCBA kits preparation, distribution, and shipment
- Prepare shipment pallets when required
- Load/ Unload tradeshow materials
- Collaborate with other team members and Digicare Departments to achieve profitable results in accordance with the company vision and goals
- Cross training within the department and/or other departments
- Organize materials systematically; ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neatness, and cleanliness are maintained
- Follow FIFO (first IN-first OUT)
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with an ERP or MRP business system
- Experience with UPS Worldship
- Forklift certification preferred
- At least two(2) years experience in warehouse environment
- Must be able and willing to lift at least 50lbs
- With good morals and working ethics
