Summary:

Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for all shipping fulfilment responsibilities.

Main responsibilities:

• They are responsible for the fulfillment of orders daily, by locating part/finished product and scan from location and pack based on order specifications.
• They will follow all documented processed for the shipping area and are expected to help maintain a focused, safe, and respectful environment.
• All responsibilities will be performed in a timely manner while maintaining Dometic quality standards.
• The Shipper Picker/Packer works well in a team setting and prioritizes clear communication.

Qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse
• Knowledgeable of operating a forklift, must be forklift certified
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sense of urgency and self-motivation, ability to work independently and in team environment.
• Communicate clearly using written and verbal skills, fluent in English.
