Salary is 85,000 - 105,000 annually depending on years of experience. We are accepting candidates with six (6) months to one (1) year of experience plus, however, we will consider New Grads and are strongly encouraged to APPLY. Immediate interviews for all interested and qualified candidates.

Position Summary:

Under the leadership of the VP of Patient Care Services and direct supervision by the Clinical Director, the Clinical Nurse Manager shares accountability and is responsible for 24/7 coordination of clinical services to meet licensing and accreditation requirements and assure delivery of safe, quality patient care in their assigned area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: human resource management, quality improvement, staff development, communication, compliance with policies, financial management. The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a critical role in improving and attaining key performance metrics in the department such as patient satisfaction, employee engagement, patient outcomes, and retention of staff.

Position Qualifications:

• Four Year College Degree Preferred
• 3 Years Nurse Manager Experience- cardiac nursing experience is required
• Active State of Maine RN License
• BLS
• ACLS
