The Goodman Group is looking for a Regional Recruiter to be based in either Peoria or Flagstaff, AZ to manage the recruitment needs of 7 facilities in that region. The ideal candidate will have a recruiting background in Healthcare Recruitment (Nurses, CNAs, Allied professionals), and would be based in either Flagstaff, Peoria, or close surrounding areas in order to accommodate the recruitment needs of our skilled & assisted living communities. Duties & Expectations:

  • Serve as an end- to-end talent acquisition provider and business partner with regional specific expertise
  • Management of the recruitment operations for assigned region
  • Responsible for personnel selection decisions and influencing personnel selection decisions
  • Formulate and implement Recruitment practices essential to the overall operational success of regional clients
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement regarding talent acquisition process and procedure.
  • Create, submit for approval and manage a budget for recruitment and talent acquisition activities within assigned region
  • Responsible for building a robust pipeline of diverse talent by researching and sourcing via a variety of talent pools
  • Assist to build and foster an employment brand, identify effective advertising strategy and compose dynamic ad copy that attracts key talent to the organization in the region
  • Develop relationships and maintain sources for qualified candidates by setting up and hosting job fairs, advertising via job boards, participating in college recruitment programs, promoting referral programs, and establishing local networks in professional, industry, and other associations and organizations
  • Assist with the talent acquisition process and play a critical role in maintaining an exceptional candidate experience during the entire recruitment process within assigned regions to include all levels of positions
  • Provide effective talent-related decision support through the use of timely and meaningful data, analysis, metrics and dashboards
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the regional candidate talent pool and market data
  • Makes presentations to educational institutions, including but not limited to nursing and C.N.A. training programs.
  • Act as a Liaison between Field Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR, to implement new procedures and best practices at the field level with concurrent accountability
  • Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and provide accurate hiring data for assigned regions
  • Work closely with the Regional HR Team and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build trusting and positive relationships by providing recruiting knowledge and strategic recruiting solutions
  • Partner with regional universities to advance active college relations at targeted universities, attend campus career fairs, conducts student mock interviews, resume writing tips, etc., and achieves college hiring goals Promote positive image and reputation on college campuses with students and faculty

Qualifications & Education:

  • Strong commitment to facility relationships, and influencing skills with a successful track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key associations and organizations
  • Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Recruitment experience of CNAs, LPNs, RNs
  • Preferred Senior Living & Assisted Living Healthcare experience .
  • Dynamic written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative and follow up, including a strong sense of autonomy
  • Proven track record of innovative methods to recruit high demand professions
  • Experience with all social media and online job boards
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree required
