Actively hiring a General Dentist to a growing private practice in southern Nashville, TN. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans. This position can be either part-time or full-time, you get to decide.

Benefits:

• Minimum daily guarantee along with a percentage of collections.
• Full control over treatment plan.

Responsibilities:

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Full-time or part-time employment, practice is open M-F 8-5, Sat 9-2
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
• Exhibit positive, responsible and professional leadership at all times, helping to create a great work environment for the clinic team.
• Provide Clinic Coordinator and Clinic Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the clinic team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Previous experience preferred.
• Active dental license in the state of Tennessee.
• Active Medicaid provider number.
• DEA license.
• Ability to supply malpractice insurance.
• Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
