The Campbell Soup Company, the world’s leading maker and marketer of soup, seeks quality and safety conscious individuals to join our Napoleon Operations Team for the current season. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing work experience, be willing to work ANY shift and must be able to work OVERTIME as needed. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. Must have a GED or High School Diploma
The Napoleon Campbell’s Plant will be hiring for seasonal (temporary) positions to work general labor and forklift drivers to support the 2023 V7 fresh vegetable season. Although the Napoleon Plant produces a variety of products year round, the V7 fresh pack season typically begins in August and can run into November.
Will perform functions of a routine nature requiring basic skills using simple tools, machines, cleaning equipment, etc. Physical requirements vary based on assigned job; however, all require a minimum of the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry, lift, push, pull, stoop, twist, climb stairs, stand, and walk.
Principal Duties:
- Perform general labor as assigned.
- Perform required quality and safety checks.
- Ensure accurate record and data maintenance
- Maintain needed supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting rate for this seasonal, hourly position is $18.30
An individual’s base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives.
