The Bedford Spherion is seeking General Laborers for a fantastic manufacturer in Bedford county!

Essential Functions:
- Operate equipment
- Read work orders, production schedules & drawings
- Study drawings & blueprints to determine the scope of work & the best methods to complete the job
- Keep drawings & travelers with parts at all times
- Deburr parts as needed
- Help move material around the shop as needed
- Assist with maintenance or any in-house shop projects
- Assist with shop cleanliness and organization
- Assist any departments that may need another operator for production
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of shop machines & procedures
Needed Attributes:
- Team player
- Works well with others
- Dependable, prompt & able to prioritize work
- Willing to learn new things
