Crazy Horse, the newest innovative dining experience to hit Denver is looking for an experienced General Manager.

Crazy Horse is a social dining experience featuring American style cuisine made in a, from scratch kitchen with a focus on local product. We are excited to bring sharable, small plate dishes, craft cocktails and old school customer service to the East Colfax area of Denver.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our new restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other support staff.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain financial records, analyze sales and expenses, and make recommendations to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
