Camp Bow Wow Columbia, MD, Manager Job Purpose: primary functions as a manager are planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the business. Camp Bow Wow Columbia, MD, Manager Job Duties:

• Must sign the “Pack Pride” document and agree to practice the tenets of this document daily. As the General Manager, you are expected to ensure compliance of the same from all of your team members.
• Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Provides leadership to Camp Bow Wow Columbia, MD team members for all aspects of the franchise operations.
• Ensures compliance with all franchise expectations, general health/safety needs of all employees/pets/customers, and with any local or federal agency regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with all compliance requirements as set forth by Camp Bow Wow Headquarters.
• Maintains a 93% or higher on all Listen 360 reviews, and other company metrics
• Executes and maintains daily quality control systems.
• Collaborates with the management team to determine an effective marketing strategy and budget for each of the service lines.
• Monitors and maintains operating budgets such as marketing, payroll, supplies, and equipment.
• Creates weekly schedules for the workforce.
• Conducts regular team meetings to discuss operational and safety goals.
• Rewards and recognizes team members that provide exceptional customer service and exemplary work.
• Builds strong relationships with all potential referral sources.
• Builds strong relationships with all vendors.
• Meets regularly with the franchise owner to discuss details with the operations and to set future goals for improvement and growth.
• Maintains an active involvement in community affairs that not only assists the community but also promotes the operations of Camp Bow Wow Columbia, MD.
• You must have your own reliable transportation
• You must not be allergic to animals
• Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays – meaning that after-hours some work is also expected and be available/reachable at all the times

Other duties as determined important to the operations of Camp Bow Wow Columbia, MD by the Franchise Owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
