Genesis of Greer is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
• Hire, train, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and address any concerns or complaints
• Maintain accurate records of service department activities, including service orders, invoices, and warranty claims
• Monitor department performance and implement process improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes, including diagnostics and warranty procedures
• Ability to manage a team of service advisors and technicians in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive service management software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, or related field preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,629.97 per year
