NIKA is hiring for a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Project Manager Coordinator to provide support services for a base operations support services contract at Fort Wainwright, AK!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for utilizing and managing GFEBS on a military installation.
• The GFEBS PM Coordinator shall have the following roles in GFEBS:
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller
  • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
  • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
• Response for GFEBS data entry and reporting.

• Expected to be on site between 0730-1630 hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Required Skills

• Minimum of one year of successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
• Must complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within 3 business days of contract award date
• Experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
