Pampa Regional Medical Center is looking for exceptional full time, day shift Graduate Vocational Nurse (GVN) to join our Med Surg team. Our GVNs provide direct and indirect patient care services which requires technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the GVN works to:

• maintain safety
• provide patient comfort and care
• improve the overall patient experience in the medical surgical setting

Education and Work Experience

• temporary Texas state LVN license
• current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• IV Certification upon hire
• Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) training within six (6) months of hire and maintain current
