Job Title: Granite Installer

Job Level: 2 years experience in granite installation is required.

Job Description: 80% OF THE EMPLOYEES DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING - ASSIST IN VERIFYING DIMENSIONS OF CUTS AND OR CARVINGS OF GRANITE AND OR STONE USING MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS - ASSIST IN QUALITY CONTROL BY MOVING FINFER OVER SURFACES TO ENSURE SURFACES ARE SMOOTH. - ASSIST IN CUT, SHAPE, AND TRIM OF COUNTERTOPS - ASSIST IN LOADING AND SECURING COUNTERTOPS - ASSIST CO-WORKERS IN DELIVERING AND INSTALLING COUNTERTOPS - FABRICATING SINK AND COOKTOP OPENINGS AS NEEDED ON SITE - INSTALL GRANITE AND STONE PIECES MAKING ADJUSTMENTS AS NEEDED - APPLY CAULKING - MOUNT SINKS - DRILL FAUCET HOLES - CLEAN AREAS AFTER EACH INSTALL - ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND BLUEPRINTS AND SKETCHES FOR INSTALLATIONS

20% OF THE EMPLOYEES DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING - ASSIST IN FABRICATION SHOP WITH POLISHING COUNTERTOPS - USE FAB KING IN SHOP TO FABRICATE SINK OPENINGS - MAKE FINAL CUTS TO GRANITE AND STONE PIECES AND MOVE TO A-FRAMES - RECEIVE DELIVERIES OF JOB MATERIALS - ASSIST FORKLIFT DRIVER BY GUIDING LARGER ITEMS TO APPROPRIATE SPACE FOR STORAGE
