Leads creative across multiple touchpoints in the BeautyHouse Studio acting as a Studio Leader for the creative team. Needs to be able to apply advanced Design mastery to Brands, projects and innovation. Creates and executes design for key projects and initiatives using the category/brand’s design strategy. Collaborates with the Design Leader to create the Design strategy fundamentals. Collaborates across One Design and multi-functional projects/initiatives/teams to bring the strategy to life.

• BA/BS in Graphic Design
• 8-12 years of full-time design work experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery.
• Must have a passion for Beauty, with an understanding of the category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category.
• Uses Empathy and non-linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.
• Experience in package design and other brand touchpoints.
• Strong communication and collaborations skills with the ability to justify your conceptual and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Flexible in an environment of constant change.
• Disciplined with time and project management skills; possess the ability to set priorities and be accountable.
• Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).

Starting Salary Range: $100-143K
