Here’s the Role

Reingold seeks a Graphic Designer who is a creative thinker and problem solver, with a strong conceptual and innovative approach to their work. This new member of our design team will be involved in all aspects of graphic design supporting the art directors and other creatives to deliver a range of materials, including graphic design, digital advertising, and more!

You can expect to do the following work day-to-day:

• Create original, smart, well-designed creative pieces that achieve strategic goals.
• Deliver compelling ideas and develop them into tangible design solutions.
• Using Adobe Creative Suite to design, layout and produce print and digital to products that are a diverse mix of collateral such as flyers, brochures, fact sheets, infographics, ads, social media graphics, reports, posters, trade show graphics, branding guides, logos and more.
• Work with the creative team and project managers to ensure that all material is the highest of quality, reflect and advance the organization's goals, and is delivered on time.
• A direct and open creative approach to the work; both an independent and collaborative thinker that can translate concepts and ideas to a broader audience.
• Support and enhance video and motion graphics.
• Stay current on trends, best practices, innovations and share findings with the team and look for opportunities to implement them in your work.

This role is the best fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in arts, fine arts, graphic design, advertising or other related field preferred but not required if portfolio, skill level, 5+ years of full-time experience or other certificates meet the position requirements.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color theory and other design principles.
• A good understanding of branding and the ability to adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Competency within Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Competency within Microsoft Work and PowerPoint.
• A strong, diverse, up-to-date online portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & strategically creative solutions.
• Team oriented individual who can also work well independently. Desire to be a part of an organization that values teamwork, individuality and taking care of each other.
• Multi-Tasker with ability to respond quickly to multiple projects as well as strong time management and organizational skills.
• Problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal oral and written communications skills including the ability to convey creative concepts and rationale.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
