We are looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Service and Showroom Coordinators. Shorter shifts and flexible hours ideal for working around child-care needs, hybrid school schedules, college courses, and 2nd jobs. Must be a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player with great communication skills, positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers as they arrive
Inbound and outbound phone calls with existing clients
Scheduling appointments
Cashiering
Loaner vehicles
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person.
- Automotive experience is helpful but not needed, training will be provided.
- Customer service experience is key (retail, call center, reception or hospitality)
- Ability to multi-task, good time management
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft)
