Job Details

  • Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments
  • Entering patient information into the dental office system
  • Assist new patients in filling out the registration form
  • Great Customer service
  • Keep Patient information and referral source spreadsheets up do date
  • Send paperwork to new patients
  • Ability to manage patients flow through the practice

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
  • Experience within the dental field is a plus
  • Experience using computers (Dentrix a plus) and MS Office
  • Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
  • Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and/or reports
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail
  • WILLING TO TRAIN RIGHT CANDIDATE!
