Job description
Our Property Management team is looking for a highly enthusiastic, responsible Groundsman with a vision for excellence. If you think you have these qualities, we would love for you to join our growing and dynamic team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Mow the lawns, prune the bushes and trees, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look
- Keep grounds clean by picking up litter, emptying trash cans, and sweeping parking lot and walkways
- Operate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep all of the walkways and building entrances cleared and safe
- Take on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the project manager
- Collaborate with maintenance team to make sure the grounds and the building are always properly cared for
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools
- Perform errands and transport materials if required by the property; operate company vehicle following all state traffic and driving laws.
