As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on driving our growth strategy through gleaning actionable insights from a trove of data, deepening current customer purchase behavior, and acquire/retain new ecommerce customers. You will own and drive growth marketing programs and insights. In this role, you will be a key strategic Marketing team member in developing a quantitative understanding of our eCommerce customers and develop programs that drive the growth of our eCommerce business. This role will work interdepartmentally across the company, ensuring that eCommerce is running in-line with commercial, marketing, finance, technology, and brand expectations. Must be a detail-oriented, hands-on team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall funnel and develop strategy, programs, product launches and promotional campaigns to incrementally impact performance.
  • Own A/B testing, building out a loyalty program, increasing customer base via organic, paid search and referral programs, and optimizing email nurture campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to make recommendations that help drive cross-sell, up-sell, winback, cart abandonment mitigation and other strategies that improve LTV and AOV on our MedShift store, our cutting-edge online shopping experience. With MedShift’s incredible growth across the US, there will be endless opportunities
  • Audit data, trends and processes to assess the health of MedShift’s promotions, store purchases, etc.
  • Define metrics to measure success and opportunities and deliver reporting to those metrics
  • Advise on the use of our tools identifying best practices and performance improvement opportunities to improve user experience.
  • Develop, nurture, coach and inspire marketing team members and team members across the organization

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Previous eCommerce and growth marketing experience
  • Excellent organizational skills + superior analytical, communication, written, customer service and management skills
  • Deep familiarity with market research and competitive intel approach and process
  • Technology, retail, and eCommerce enthusiast

Desired Characteristics:

  • MBA, Master’s Degree in Marketing
  • Aesthetic industry experience
  • Demonstration of Leadership Behaviors: Humility, Hungry, Customer Focus
  • Understanding of commercial processes
  • Experience making tough tradeoffs/prioritization with limited resources
