Position Overview: The guest ambassador will be responsible for promoting and educating Precision's existing patients about our services. This person will work closely with the marketing team to hold information sessions / booths at our centers and partner-centers and will also engage existing HALO patients through email campaigns and other outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable simplifying and tailoring the messaging non-medical patients of the local community. Excitement and passion for delivering life-changing patient experiences and outcomes is required while exceeding expectations of patients.

Essential Job Functions

• Answer customers questions and provide information on procedures and wait times. 35%

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting customers while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and responsiveness. 35%

• Direct guests to destinations throughout the center while maintaining registration flows. 10%

• Promote and educate on services offered. 5%

• Stock water coolers, offer refreshments, and encourage satisfied patients to post reviews. 5%

• Maintain clean and orderly waiting areas and complete other general cleaning duties. 10%

Non-Essential Job Functions

• Attending marketing team meetings to keep abreast on new initiatives

• Compile and maintain reports and records as needed.

Requirements

Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, preference for BA/BS degree communications, or the sciences with experience in a creative role.

Previous Related Work Experience Preferred (include number of years)

• 3-5 years of event management experience, ideally in medical device, pharmaceutical or life science.

Other Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communicator.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into easily digestible concepts and creative assets.
