Are you a hotel professional with leadership skills who can help ensure our short-term rental guests and property owners have a great experience? We need an enthusiastic individual to work part-time days and ensure our guests have a great experience during their stay.
Guest Services Coordinator is a part-time position at our office in Northwest Houston. Our ideal candidate will have vacation rental or hotel front desk experience in a fast-paced environment, be calm under pressure, love follow-up, and be knowledgeable of hotel or Airbnb platforms. You're responsibilities will also include visiting our properties around Houston and Galveston County on a scheduled basis.

Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Main point of contact for our short-term rental guests and property owner clients
- Manage daytime operations, ensuring quality and standards are met
- Respond to all guest and owner requests, complaints, and accidents in a courteous and efficient manner
- Communicate with other team members quickly to ensure cleanliness standards, maintenance requests, and open items are completed for all properties
- Understand and implement pricing software to maximize bookings
- Identify opportunities to maximize guest experience
- Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Must have reliable transportation to conduct property visits, as needed
