Job Description
Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer 5 to join our team at our client’s site in Everett, WA.
Job Description:
- Experience in complex safety critical system design using: object based three dimensional CAD tools, such as, CATIA; dynamic system simulation tools, such as, Easy5; and traditional engineering analytical methods
- Experience in requirements development, design, analysis, and verification & validation of flight control systems
- Experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS
- Experience with System Safety Analysis including: failure modes and effects analysis; fault tree analysis; common cause analysis, and single & multiple failure analysis
- Experience with control system and component troubleshooting
- Experience with manufacturing regulated and certified, safety critical components and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast and effectively apply prior experience and knowledge to new and different challenges
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex projects to successful implementation on-time and within cost constraints
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for cross-functional team success
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for mentoring and training early career engineers and technicians
- Demonstrated resilience and flexibility in the face of technical setbacks
- Strong, durable desire to find the right answers in the time available for a cost that makes implementation certain
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS;
