Job description
Provide Public Health programs as defined under State Statute HFS 140.04 to meet minimum standards of surveillance, investigation, control and prevention of communicable diseases, other disease prevention, health promotion and human health hazard control.
QUALIFICATIONS: WI Licensed RN; bachelor’s degree in nursing; one year experience in nursing field; Possess and maintain an insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under WI Caregivers Law, WI Act 27.
