Healthcare Receptionist - Full-time

RiverWoods Exeter is currently hiring for a full time 32 hour a week Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for team members who will bring their best selves and specialty skills to our organization. Along with a “can do” attitude, we anticipate you being able to pivot and fill whatever role is needed to create a safe and caring environment for our residents and fellow teammates. This position would require weekend work.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors. Supports all aspects of the RiverWoods community.
  • Greets and directs in person or by telephone; residents, family members, physicians, vendors, staff and guests using a responsive, helpful, cooperative, friendly, polite and positive manner.
  • Answers and transfers all calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Completes administrative daily tasks.
  • Prepares outgoing mailings, receives incoming mail, sorts and forwards accordingly.
  • Data entry, updating information on resident lists, care conference schedules, assignment sheets, etc…
  • Abides by HIPPA/Confidentiality standards of Practice; releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures and Confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years receptionist and customer service experience.
  • Experience in geriatric health services is preferred. New Hampshire Notary preferred, but not required.
