Actriv Healthcare is seeking a healthcare recruiter for our Tacoma, Washington office. This is a full-time, in-person office position,
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with healthcare management or recruiting
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in reporting and/or Excel
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Teams
- Strong phone communication skills
- Previous experience hosting interviews
- Excellent customer service and a passion for working with people
- A great understanding of how and where to source suitable talent
- Independent, hands-on, “roll up your sleeves”, attitude. Eagerness to tackle any project that drives outcomes.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Able to look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Collaborative approach to working with managers, not afraid to set timeframes
- Excellent time management skills
Recruiters are expected to
- Manage correspondence (email, voicemail, texting platform)
- Check ATS for new Applicants
- Perform cold calls for potential candidates
- Manage applicant pipeline
- Schedule and perform interviews
- Work with compliance team to ensure all new hires meet all requirements
- Submit Daily Activity Report (DAR) to management
- Coordinate drug screens
- Onboard new clinicians
- Maintain ATS database
- Actively source potential candidates
- Share job openings on social media
- Effectively complete credentialing files and folders for new hires
- Sensitively handle confidential candidate information
- Conduct check-ins with Staffing management
- Compile hiring reports and strategic goal plans
- Review and measure monthly KPIs with management
