The Help Desk Support Tech II will be assisting clients at the clients site with in or up to a 30 min commute drive to provide tech support.t

The salary range is $50K - $65K; depending on experience.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Administer and install basic network devices and hardware print servers, adding machines to domain, creating user accounts, & applying group policies
  • Create service tickets for clients who are unable to connect to the ticketing portal when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a helpdesk role providing PC support
  • ​Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
