Job description
Dishwasher:
Responsibilities include washing all used dishes, plates and utensils, loading dish machine and stacking clean dishes. Some light prep work is expected.
Functions:
- Load and unload dish machine
- Wash some items by hand
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly
- Ensure there is enough dishes, glasses and utensils during peak periods
- Remove garbage regularly
- Prep food during low volume
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assists other Team Members as needed.
- Keeps the Six commitments of a Tavern Team member everyday every shift during low volume hours.

Requirements:
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Stands/walks 6 to 8 hours per shift.
- Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently.
- Ability to take direction.
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
