Requirements:
LPN license
Covid/Flu
BLS from AHA
Certs REQ: BCLS
LPN/LVN *Requirements: BLS through AHA
Looking for an LTC LPN to work 5x8, overnights with every other weekend/holiday
Shift times are 22:00-06:30
LPN and BLS certifications required.
Accepts first time travelers!
Minimum 1 year experience required.
Traveler's primary residence must be more than 50 miles from facility.

Salary: $1,232.00 per week
