Position Summary

The HOA Coordinator assists the HOA Manager in the pre-closing and post-closing process as it relates to Home Owners Association items.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Responsible for drafting and reviewing all internal documents to assist the Home Owner Association Manager
  • Review PUD and Improvement Districts
  • Responsible for creating and facilitating filing of all HOA set up and closing documents
  • Responsible for communicating updates professionally and respectfully
  • Ensuring Insurance is secured for common areas via prompting and following up with management company
  • Updating the HOA Project tracker in respect to post-closing and reporting duties
  • Updating all internal project trackers
  • Create and track funding requests
  • Facilitate set up of Home Owner Association related utilities
  • Facilitate special requests from Project Managers.
  • Additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to execute well and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains a positive attitude and has the ability receive direction and coaching
  • Willingness to "go the extra mile" to achieve goals and objectives

Preferred Qulaifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred not qualified
  • Previous experience in an administrative role relating to legal or real estate management

Physical Demands

  • Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently and frequently moving small objects
  • Frequently sitting for long periods of time
  • Walking or standing occasionally
  • This position works mostly indoors going outdoors may be frequently required
  • Must have manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
