Human Resources Coordinator assists in the development, implementation and administration of human resources functions, including associate recruitment and development, benefits administration and associate relations. Assist in the overall operation of the H.R. Dept.Provide support in the areas payroll, employee relations and events, orientation, training, maintenance of all logs and associates’ files, employee bulletin boards, and office supplies inventory.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, multi-task orientated with an outgoing personality who is hospitality / service oriented.
HR Coordinator reports directly to HR Manager.
FLSA - Non - Exempt (Hourly)
Physical Requirements
Sitting, Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping/Crouching, reaching, pushing pulling 20 lb
Min. Requirements
One year Hotel or Human Resources related work experience.
Must be proficient in all MS Office applications
