Berlin/Colebrook NH and surrounding area:
Northern Human Services is seeking out Home Care Provider candidates to open and share their home with an adult with intellectual disabilities. The ideal home can consist of a person, couple, or family and the home must be certifiable.
Responsibilities include providing a safe and welcoming home, foster the health and safety of the individual living in your home, assist with building and maintaining positive relationships, promote independence, skill building, encouragement and support to achieve goals, and maintain compliancy with State of New Hampshire’s regulations.
Minimal Qualifications Required:
· Driver’s license and auto insurance
· Clear background checks
· Clear TB test
· Certifiable home
· Home owners or renters’ insurance
· High ethics and morality standards
· Commitment to maintaining dignity of individual and enhance quality of life
· Commitment to safeguard from abuse and report abuse in all forms
Northern Human Services will provide the necessary training, support, and guidance for you to successfully obtain the title of, Home Care Provider.
