You’ll enjoy the flexibility with highly competitive pay. Northwest Home Health and Rehab is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides in the northern Cook County area. Your visits are tailored to your geographical location and schedule.

We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/ Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. The candidate should be certified in the State of Illinois as a Certified Nursing Assistant and have experience in home health.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in ambulation or exercises
• Check vital signs
• Provide safe transfer techniques
• Assist with medications
• Assist in personal hygiene of patient
• Communicate with assigned registered nurse regarding condition of patient
• Provide personal hygiene and grooming to patients
• Complete appropriate records; adhere to professional standards

Job Requirements

• Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Illinois
• Driver’s License
• Proof of current automobile insurance
• Dependable automobile
• Clean background check
• Current CPR certificate
• Minimum two years of experience as a CNA and at least one year in home health

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
