***HOME HEALTH RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***

RECRUITER Job responsibilities:

Job postings: posting, editing, monitoring, and responding to all applicants – responsible for securing 5-10 new hires each week for orientation

Incentives for new hires: keeping track of all job postings that include sign on bonuses and incentives and executing those

Interviews: setting up all interviews and conducting preliminary interviews for all potential candidates

Employment Verifications and Reference Calls: verifying employment for all interviewed candidates and calling at least 2 references per candidate, documenting those reference calls, and uploading them in our system

Offer Letters: sending offer letters to candidates, with pay rates to be approved by supervisors

Follow Up Calls: after first week week of employment for all new hires - call and check in with how their first week of employment has gone and then conduct monthly check ins following the first check in for all hires -- document all calls in a google doc shared with team

Pre-Employment Documentation/Information: sending all new hire documentation, welcome letters, and e-learning material to new hires and subsequently putting the completed documentation in the employees’ profile in our system

Onboarding: assigning all new hires an orientation date and conducting HR policy training during orientation

Staff Incentives: planning, organizing, and executing themed days for staff where they can stop by office for a free treat, gift bag, 5 minute chair massage, etc., monthly

Required:

4-5+ years experience in recruiting or related field-Home Health Recruiting.

Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related field

Covid-19 vaccination

Valid DL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
