We are searching for full time Home Health nurses Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of 1 year recent Home Health/ Oasis experience to assist one of our accounts in the North Andover, MA area. Contract is 13 weeks with a strong possibility to extend or go perm.

Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurses (RN's)

• Effectively collaborate with care team
• Patient assessment and evaluation of patients progress towards goals
• Design and implement care plan
• Plan and facilitate appropriate discharge
• Accurate and complete patient documentation
• Provide care which promotes quality, continuity, and patient safety
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the community
• Assist care team as needed
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times

Requirements of the Home Health Registered Nurses (RN's)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical skills
• Strong computer skills
• BLS
• We do not require a MA RN License for submission. We will help you financially to get it!
