Duties and Responsibilities

Sell and negotiate terms with new clients

Maintain and develop relationships with current and new customers.

Assist Lathrop Contracting sales process for Roof Replacement and Repair appointments, while gaining a clear understanding of customers need and requirements Ability to climb ladders.

Assist homeowner with insurance claims

Expectations:

Home Improvement Sales Consultant will be required to work a minimum of 2 Saturday’s per month between March and November. Saturdays are for running your scheduled appointments.

In addition, each Project Sales Manager is expected to be available for appointments until 8:00pm 2 days per week during mentioned dates.

Will be expected to meet the Lathrop Contracting dress code on days you run appointments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
