Do you want to make a difference? Arkridge HomeCare is looking for a Branch Manager, who is confident, self-motivated, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Branch Manager will work in office location, in Memphis TN.

Branch Manager Responsibilities
 Business growth and development
 Employee Recruitment and Retention
 Supervising
 Scheduling/Staffing
 Ensuring quality and compliance with ArKridge, Regional, State and Federal employment guidelines, policies and procedures.
 Insurance portal management
Specific Requirements
 Self-Motivated to build and grow your branch.
 Proven experience in HomeCare or marketing.
 Excellent problem solving skills necessary to handle client and employee issues
 The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally
 1+ years of hands-on supervisory experience
 Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, problem solving, customer service, adaptability, and communication.
 Ability to travel frequently within designated region or other locations as required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
