Job Duration: 13 week contract
Description: The Hospice LVN will provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients and their families in their own homes or in a hospice facility. They will work under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, and perform tasks such as administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active license as an LVN/LPN in the state of service (Maryland/DC)
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience as a home health/hospice nurse
- EMR experience required
- Geriatric/terminal patient experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, access to dependable vehicle, and clean driving record required
- COVID Vaccination plus booster required, no exemptions accepted
- Ability to work a day
