An award winning health-system in Mississippi is looking for a Director of Pharmacy to join their team.
This 350+ bed facility is the leading hospital in the community providing both inpatient and outpatient care. This hospital offers it's patients a wide range of services including emergency services, women's services, diagnostics, surgical services, and much more. The Nurse Director will provide management and strategic leadership over assigned units. The Nurse Director will be responsible for budgetary duties of the units and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Nurse Director will ensure patient safety and establish, measure, and report/audit the MedSurg unit Performance Metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of a School of Nursing (BSN or MSN preferred
- 5+ years of MedSurg experience
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
