To uphold a multi-faceted account executive role centered around customer service and marketing. This high-paced, high-pressure position will directly support the Prestige Private Nursing business line.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the link between the agency and hospital units and their staff for all needs including but not limited to submitting ID requests for staff accessibility, etc.

• Work with hospitals and facilities to obtain approvals in an efficient and timely manner to foment the agency’s delivery of services

• Perform quality assurance visits as needed and proactively report any potential issues to the Director of Concierge Care

• Provide and maintain units with marketing materials and in-services

• Perform follow up calls and/or visits with patients, facilities, and all pertinent parties to address complaints and concerns

• Create and maintain patient satisfaction reports for presentation internally as well as externally to referral sources

• Lead facility-specific caregiver orientations

• Weekend and after-hours rotation on-call availability

• Traveling between hospitals and facilities as needed to maximize program visibility to potential referral sources

• Obtain in-person intakes and collect all necessary documents and signatures as needed

• Communicate updates effectively with office staff and assist with scheduling of open shifts to ensure maximum coverage

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities while collaborating on potential improvement & growth opportunities within existing contracts

• Other duties and tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Customer Service and Sales Experience

• Highly effective written and verbal skills

• Thrives in high-pressure situations

• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office and Windows environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
