Hospitality Associate (1096684) 

Job Type:  Full Time, 40 hours/week, Hiring for 3 Positions (see schedules below)

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00PM

Rate: $17/HR

Hospitality Associate Job Summary:  The Hospitality Associate ensures the best customer service possible is offered to clients, employees, and guests. Works in tandem with the office services department and performs hospitality and facility functions with a critical eye for detail. 

Hospitality Associate Responsibilities:  

• Maintains a positive, helpful attitude in busy environments

• Monitors, stocks, and maintains cleanliness and inventory in all convenience areas such as; pantries, grab and go areas, kitchens, and common areas.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to making coffee, cleaning coffee machines, restocking beverages, loading/unloading dishwashers, and redistributing glassware throughout the office. Restocking of snacks, utensils, and coffee amenities when low and organization of pantries.

• Sets-up/rearranges conference rooms to client requests, restocks beverage services and maintains conference room cleanliness

• Maintains general upkeep of office, and assists with facilities related tasks and work order coordination

• Maintains quality customer service by providing attention to detail during all assignments

• Maintains supply inventory of all safety and cleanliness equipment such as; First Aid Kits and Community Cleaning Kits

• Assists the Office Services team with back-up receptionist coverage for lunches/breaks

• Receive, sort, scan, track and deliver all classes of US mail and accountable packages from various carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc. along with coordinating and processing outbound mail/packages

• Assist with coordination, staging and transport of bulk inbound and outbound items

• Participates in cross-training of other areas of service with a willingness to embrace and perform continuous training and professional educational programs

• Assist in capturing and maintaining logs of volumes and all activities

• Maintain and update documented procedures as needed for hospitality services

• Performs other office services tasks as assigned

Hospitality Associate Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 

• Proven customer service-related experience 

• Basic computer skills including MS Office 365

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment 

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
