As an SF Travel Ambassador, you'll have the thrilling responsibility of actively engaging with the public, offering directions, assistance, and insider recommendations to enhance their unforgettable experiences in this iconic city.

Exceptional communication skills are a must in this role, as you'll interact with city agencies, fellow ambassadors, and enthusiastic visitors. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll be doing:

• Explore assigned zones on foot, ready to engage and assist anyone in need
• Keep a vigilant eye for unwanted behaviors and promptly report them
• Actively engage with pedestrians, greeting them warmly and offering invaluable recommendations
• At Block by Block-CA, our brand of Hospitality and Customer Service is renowned. We expect our SF Ambassadors to be friendly, helpful, and professional. Through excellent communication and kindness, we constantly discover innovative ways to enhance everyone's visit to San Francisco.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

• Embrace the adventure of continuous movement during your eight-hour shift, with regular breaks (two fifteen-minute breaks and one thirty-five-minute meal break)
• Embrace all weather conditions with our provided inclement weather gear and work outdoors fearlessly

COMMUNICATION

• Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English to create basic reports and communicate effectively
