Job Description:

• Knows menu and products, including special offers and promotions.
• Controls guest reception area
• Organizes guest seating and flow. Uses pager system during volume times.
• Introduces Servers.
• Seating guests at their table in a warm and friendly manner.
• Efficiently and accurately takes phone take-out orders and packages orders correctly for pickup.
• Buss tables as needed.
• Run dinners when necessary.
• Working as a team member with the dining room staff and other Marzonis personnel.
• Makes a positive first and last impression to our guests.
• Cleaning and organizing the order area, foyer, halls and bathrooms.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
• Complies and maintains all safety and sanitation standards at all times.
