Aroma Ultra Lounge is seeking a full-time hostess with excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. The position entails managing reservations, coordinating with servers, handling guest complaints, and maintaining a clean environment. To be considered, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service or hospitality experience, knowledge of reservation systems, and basic computer skills. The perfect candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and be friendly and welcoming.
