At Chick-fil-A Kettering, the Dining Room Team Member role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity. We are seeking full-time and part-time candidates who exhibit excellent people skills as well as a sense of urgency to help us make the Chick-fil-A dine-in experience a memorable one. Dining room Team Members must be reliable, prompt, professional, and always maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standard of guest satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Management of guest dine-in experience - dining room upkeep, trash bag removal and replenishment (never let trash can fill up), bathroom upkeep, sweeping and mopping as needed (both dining room and stairs leading up to dining room), removal of remaining food and empty bags when guests are done enjoying there meals, sanitizing and wiping down tables, chairs, trash bins, walls, all surfaces, addressing spills and litter right away, refreshing beverages for guests as needed, and overall store upkeep and cleanliness.

• Bathroom Upkeep: Replenishment of hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, air fresheners, cleaning of toilets etc.
• Use elevated language: Would you like for me to dispose of this for you? May I remove this for you so that you can have more room? Would you like for me to refresh your beverage?
• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
• Ensure guest satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to guest concerns as they arise
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Support store in the Kitchen and/or Front of the House in store cleanliness tasks on a per need basis during down time
