Sleep Inn & Suites BWI - now under NEW MANAGEMENT

Hiring all Positions including Front Desk Agents all Shifts

Job Duties:

Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay.

• Determinate a guest's reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay.
• Helps guests complete registration cards and then assigns rooms, accommodation special requests whenever possible.
• Verifies the guest's method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures.
• Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks systems and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.
• Works closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
• Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
• Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Both Am, Pm, and Overnight positions available. Must have an open schedule with Weekend and Holiday availability . Must have basic computer and math skills. Previous hotel/motel front desk experience is desired, but willing to train.

Pay is based upon Shifts assigned and Experience, Previous experience with Choice Branded Hotels would be a huge plus.
