What does a Cook/Housekeeper do?

Our Cook/Housekeepers are responsible for planning and preparing nutritionally balanced meals meals for the people we support. As well as ensuring that our homes are kept clean by completing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.... Most importantly, they ensure that our homes provide a welcoming environment for the people we support who live there as well as the employees that assist them with their daily needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Six months of previous experience in food service is preferred.
• A valid NYS Driver's License with two years of driving experience is required
