Maintain hospital building or clinic in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to, by performing the following duties:

What You'll Do:

Essential Functions:

• Empty waste baskets.
• Dust surfaces.
• Spray and wipe surfaces with chemicals.
• Refill dispensers.
• Clean toilets and urinals.
• Sweeping and mopping of floors.
• Vacuuming flooring, stairs, upholstery and overhead vents and pipes.
• Remove collected trash to exterior dumpster.
• Maintain a broad working knowledge of facility usage and activities.
• Know, understand and follow all company and facility safety procedures.
• Maintains appropriate records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

• EVS Technician experience a plus!
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task .
• Willingness to work safely and properly.
• 2 years of similar work experience.
• Completion of Basic Training.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good hygiene skills are required.
• Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
• Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist turn and rotate upper and lower body.
• Ability to reach overhead.
• Ability to grasp and hold frequently.
• Ability to push/lift 75 pounds .
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders .
• Perform repetitive functions.
• Work in an environment the contains low amounts of dust.
• Work in an environment that has low odors of chemicals.
