Intec Building Services is now hiring Housekeepers for our client in Glasgow, KY.

We have several positions available for all shifts.

Working 5 days a week. Alternating weekends.

Pay starts at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the job in a satisfactory manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/ or ability required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. To be able to perform this position you have to work at a fast pace, this position has a limited time to clean. Must be able to work in the US legally without sponsorship. This position is full-time in Glasgow, KY.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, light switches, door frames, etc.
• Clean Rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, stairwells, and other work areas
• Sweep and Mop floors
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Dust furniture and equipment. High and Low dusting. Polish metalwork
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Carry cleaning supplies to the area that is going to be clean
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Detailing
• The task list must be completed daily
• Performs such other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

• Specific duties may vary depending on the list of specifications required by the client at each location

Intec will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
