Our property is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our in-house staff. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for monitoring the delivery and quality of housekeeping services and ensuring that all deadlines are met. A successful candidate for this position will have a background in housekeeping and 'will enjoy the challenge of managing a team of professional housekeepers.
Responsibilities:
- Draft work schedules based on cleaning standards and staff availability.
- Manage payroll and workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policy.
- Direct the cleaning staff in completing tasks.
- Review employees' performance to ensure that room cleaning standards are met.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean hotel.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal labor laws including safety, insurance and minimum wage laws.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
