SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Responsible for providing inside and outside cleaning services to offices, common amenities, and accommodations with a continuing effort to deliver outstanding service.

• Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness
• Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies

• Able to work weekends and holidays and occasional overtime
• Assist Housekeepers when needed

• Assist with hurricane preparation

• Must have a valid driver license

• May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines
• Regular attendance and timeliness are required

This position is very active and requires standing for long periods of time, repetitive motions, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching and climbing ladders. Must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. Must have the ability to work under variable temperatures; hot and cold. May be exposed to human body fluids. Must be physically present.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Two years’ experience in maintenance in a hospitality related industry preferred
